Requirements Mapping
We have deep expertise in helping client’s select and implement back-office technologies e.g., Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application. This process starts with us mapping their business requirements in detail as part of the procurement process. This mapping is completed by a combination of our experienced business analysts and functional consultants. We also manage the stakeholders’ engagement and ultimately their sign-offs to the requirements.
Procurement Process
We work with the Client’s Procurement function to pull together the Go-To-Market Strategy for its technology requirement. If an RFP process is involved, then we pull together the main supplements, scoring matrices, vendor briefing packs etc as part of the process. We then support the evaluation process by the business and ultimately the recommendation and selection of the preferred solution internally.
Technology Implementation
Once the technology application has been selected, we manage the implementation through the design, build, test and go-live phases. Invariably, we also manage and liaise with the technology provider or other implementation partners on behalf of the Client.
