We believe in deploying approaches which are not uni-dimensional because usually business problems and their solutions are never uni-dimensional. For example, prima facie a business issue may result due to a reasonably straightforward issue with the design of the user interface on a technology application which was overlooked during implementation, but it may at the same time be symptomatic of how the business designs, develops and implements solutions or how it brings in key inputs from the voice of the customer into the design process.
Hence, our approach is comprehensive and we like to make sure that we have satisfied ourselves with the effective functioning and integration of the system of processes impacting a business problem.
And we have experience of doing this over and over again but swiftly so that clients can get the assurance while we are ‘on the job’ and quickly rather than postpone it to be revisited when another related problem arises.
It is therefore not uncommon for us to present a business problem or opportunity with the associated viewpoints of not just operational impact, but also financial, user experience, commercial, strategic, and information technology.
