Every engagement with a potential client organisation is initiated by a diagnostic phase covering a number of things such as: the issues or opportunities the organisation is looking to tackle, the challenges they have faced to date in dealing with the issue or opportunity, the range of skills and competencies it can call upon internally, needs and expectations of the key stakeholders including their customers.
