Although we do not consider ourselves as a training provider in the main, training interventions are a key component of our engagements with clients. This is because we believe in developing internal capability in the business to sustain initiatives in the long run and hence we always build in training interventions at all stages of the program.

This approach has led us to design and develop training modules such as Foundation Course in QMS, Lean Six Sigma Yellow/ Green/ Black Belt courses, Value Stream Mapping.

Over the years, these courses have been delivered to cohorts covering senior management, middle management and frontline staff. They have been rated very highly and has helped participants deliver their projects equipped with the right tools and techniques.

We continue to add more courses to our list.
